TheraVoca is an open network of independent, state-licensed therapists who don’t work for us. We simply connect patients and providers by delivering high-quality referrals to help therapists grow their private practices without network restrictions or control over their business.
How does TheraVoca work for mental health providers?
We send you referral opportunities that match your expertise, availability and preferences. You opt-in if you’re interested.
Do I have to pay to be part of your referral service?
No. We’re not charging our providers right now. Our goal is to prove value first. You’ll never be billed without your explicit consent. Eventually we will charge a monthly subscription fee (e.g., $40/month) to therapists and psychiatrists to belong to our network.
What kind of referrals do you send?
Real patients looking for therapy, medication, TMS, etc…, pre-screened and ready to start. Each referral comes with a clear, detailed blurb about what they’re looking for so you can quickly assess fit.
What happens after I opt in to a referral?
Once you say yes, we send your info to the patient. If they choose you, they’ll reach out directly. It’s that simple.
Can I say no to a referral?
Absolutely. You’re never obligated to take a referral. Just pass, no explanation needed.
Who sees my profile?
Only us and the patients you opt-in for. We don’t publish a directory or show your info publicly.
What kind of time commitment is this?
Minimal. You sign-up by completing our practice questionnaire that takes about 5-10 minutes. We then send you pre-screened referrals via email to confirm if you’re a good fit and interested. If you say yes, we share your information with patients who then contact you directly if they want to move forward.
